Okay, I just recorded another tMG cover. It’s If You See Light off of Get Lonely. This is probably my favorite song from that album and I know I could never really do it justice. Well anyways, check it out! I folked it out, I guess. I wish I didn’t run out of tracks on my recorder though, I would have added another instrument or two. Oh wells.

Okay, I recorded a quick cover of Against Pollution off We Shall All Be Healed. I guess it’s a bit different than the original. Vocals are dsafkljhfd as always. It does utilize banjo, though, which some may think is cool.

Gah, the original version of this song is so awesome. It’s got a feel that no other tMG song has.

Here’s a quick recording of me playing Onions off The Coroner’s Gambit. This is actually my first take which is pretty interesting. I kind of wish I used a metronome or something. I also wish I could recreate that comforting tape spin of JD’s boombox. Oh well.

This song was my absolute favorite tMG song for quite some time and it’s pretty hard to sing. My voice kind of cracks at the end because I’m not John Darnielle and it’s like 30 seconds shorter than the original for some reason.

Okay. Here’s me singing Insurance Fraud #2 off of The Coroner’s Gambit. I’m so happy that I figured out the tuning but I’m not all that happy with my voice. Also my fingers hurt.

It’s a little fumbly and stuff because I get recording anxiety but hey, I didn’t have to do many takes of it. That’s something to be happy about!
