I’ve been doing nothing but eating Nutella and watching The X-Files for far too long today.

I went to an abandoned coal breaker in PA this weekend. It was at one time the largest in the world. This place was SO big and cool. I definitely want to go again sometime. Going down the conveyor was one of the most memorable urbexing experiences ever for me.
The photos here are t-max 400, tri-x 400, and provia 100f. My chemicals for the color stuff were dead so the colors came out pretty strange. It gave an interesting effect, though.
Processing film at home was nice and all but having a bunch of equipment at my disposal makes things a lot easier. Also photo-flo. You don’t realize how nice photo-flo is until you go a month without it. I’m also excited because I’m going to be building a darkroom for color prints with a friend in my class! Oh yeah, the professor is also going to give me a KEY! I’ll be able to do everything all the time.
I just cross-processed this roll of Velvia 50 today. This film turns out pretty cool! Definitely has good saturation. Also, this roll served as a test for my new 24mm wide-angle lens.
I just applied for graduation. This song is pretty relevant right now.
